Abstract
Based on the authors' own field work, the study of herbarium material (CAY, NY, P) as well as the litterature devoted to the Guianese orchids, a check-list of species of Orchidaceae from French Guyana is proposed, including 286 species and one sub-species confirmed as well as 37 species still to be confirmed.

Sur la base de leurs observations personnelles sur le terrain, de l'étude du matériel d'herbier (CAY, NY, P) et de la littérature traitant des orchidées guyanaises, les auteurs proposent un inventaire commenté des espèces d'Orchidaceae de Guyane française, comportant 286 espèces et une sous-espèce dont la présence est confirmée et 37 espèces encore douteuses.

Abstract
The method used to carry on the cladistic analysis of the genus Hadrolaelia (Schlechter) Chiron & V. P. Castro, as well as the results obtained as far as this group phylogeny is concerned, are discussed. These results are compared to those inferred from molecular analysis of the nrITS sequence.

Les auteurs présentent la méthode mise en oeuvre pour mener l'analyse cladistique du genre Hadrolaelia (Schlechter) Chiron & V. P. Castro, ainsi que les résultats obtenus en termes de phylogénie de ce groupe. Ces résultats sont comparés à ceux déduits de l'analyse moléculaire de la séquence nrITS.

Some more notes on the subfamily Thelymitroideae (Orchidaceae)
Nomenclatural changes in Diuridae sensu latissimo (=Thelymitroideae, Orchidaceae,) proposed by Jones & al. (2002) are briefly discussed. New combinations on various taxonomic levels are validated. Several taxa are reduced to the synonymy of formerly described ones.
There are recently conducted researches - especially with the applying of molecular methods - on miscellaneous groups of orchids, the representatives of the Thelymitroideae (Lindl.) Szlach. included. The molecular researches results are - most often indiscriminately - rendering into the nomenclatural changes, what causes confusion in the taxonomy of both that and another groups of orchids. Below we would like to assume an attitude towards the results of the studies on Thelymitroideae being published recently.

Les changements de nomenclature dans les Diuridae sensu latissimo (= Thelymitroideae, Orchidaceae), proposés par Jones et al. (2002), sont brièvement commentés. De nouvelles combinaisons à différents niveaux taxinomiques sont validées. Plusieurs taxons sont réduits au statut de synonymes de taxons décrits.

Abstract
This locality with a wonderful vegetation has attracted the interest of many botanists. The floristic revision about the Orchidaceae family was realized, and 27 genera and 43 species were found. The endemism, life form, the phytogeographic relations and the human use of orchids are analysed in this paper. The conservation status of the various taxa and their distribution within the plant formations are reported.

Cette localité, avec son extraordinaire végétation, a capté l'intérêt de nombreux botanistes. Nous avons réalisé une révision floristique de la famille des Orchidaceae. Nous y avons trouvé 27 genres et 43 espèces. Le présent travail analyse l'endémisme, l'habitat, les relations phytogéographiques et les utilisations humaines des orchidées. Nous commentons le degré de menace des taxons et leur distribution dans les formations végétales.

Esta localidad con su extraordinaria vegetación ha atraído el interés de numerosos botánicos. Se realizó una revisión florística de la familia Orquidaceae, encontrándose 27 géneros y 43 especies. El presente trabajo analiza el endemismo, el hábitat, las relaciones fitogeográficas y el uso dado por el hombre a las orquídeas. Se comenta el estado de amenaza de los taxa y la distribución en las formaciones vegetales.

The "Prosthechea vespa complex" includes, for the south-eastern Brazilian area, three entities which we propose to recognize at the species level : P. vespa (Vellozo) Higgins, P. pachysepala (Klotzsch) Chiron & V. P. Castro, a new combination in the genus Prosthechea for Epidendrum pachysepalum Klotzsch, and P. elisae Chiron & V. P. Castro, a new species from Espirito Santo.

Abstract
The second find of Gavilea kingii (Hook.f.) M.N. Correa in the Magellan Region is registered is showed to confirm the collection made in 1847 by Captain Philips Parker King in Port Famine. The result indicates the existence of a reduced population menaced by the cattle raising. It is recommended to valuate its conservation state to change its category, from "Insufficiently known" to "In Danger" for the XII region in Magellan.

On discute la seconde découverte de Gavilea kingii (Hook. f.) M. N. Correa dans la région de Magellan, Chili, qui confirme pour la première fois la collecte effectuée en l'an 1847 par le capitaine Philips Parker King à Puerto del Hambre, Péninsule de Brunswick. Les résultats indiquent l'existence d'une population extrêmement réduite, actuellement menacée par l'élevage bovin pratiqué dans la région. On recommande de réévaluer son état de conservation pour la faire passer de la catégorie " insuffisamment connu " à la catégorie " en danger ", pour la Région XII.
Resumen
Se da a conocer el segundo hallazgo de Gavilea kingii (Hook.f.) M.N. Correa, en la Región de Magallanes, Chile, confirmando por primera vez la colección efectuada en el año 1847 por el capitán Philips Parker King en el Puerto de Hambre, Península de Brunswick. Los resultados indican la existencia de una población extremadamente reducida, actualmente amenazada por la ganadería bovina presente en el área. Se recomienda reevaluar su estado de conservación para cambiar su categoría de "insuficientemente conocida" a "en peligro" para la XII Región.
